Once you've encountered fog, you're also capable of getting rid of it. Follow these steps:Head to Pastoria City, which you can see on the map above. Once you're in Pastoria City, go to the Great Marsh. Enter the Safari, which will cost 500 Pokémon Dollars.
Go to the right and speak to a green-haired girl.

You don't have to make any of your Pokémon learn Defog, instead, it's automatically unlocked on your Pokétech, which you can use to clear the fog. Whenever you run into any fog, just do the following:Press R to pill up your Pokétech.
Cycle through the menus until you see the Hidden Moves.
