Time to Walk promises interesting and encouraging audio stories to liven up walking for exercise. Stars like Dolly Parton and Draymond Green talk about their lives and the obstacles they overcame.  The feature is part of the new Apple Fitness+ service, which debuted with watchOS 7.2.

Also, the ECG app will be available for users of Apple Watch Series 4 or later who are in Japan, Mayotte, Philippines, and Thailand. The same is true for irregular heart rhythm notifications.
